Cancellation Policy
A deposit & cancellation fee are both required to protect my time and ensure fairness for all clients.
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all color and blonding appointments.
This deposit goes toward your final service total but is non-refundable under any circumstance, including rescheduling.
No-show, cancellations or rescheduling under 48 hours will be charged 80% of the scheduled service. If the card on file declines, you will be responsible for paying the fee before rebooking.
